Independent Quality Assurance Model for Degree Programs in Russia
The main objective of the project is to provide the sustainable development of High Education in Russia based on the quality assurance system of degree programs in accordance with Bologna process and Europe-2020 strategy (EU 2020).
The main objectives of the project are:
- Development of the united quality assurance system of the degree programs in the high education in accordance with ENQUA standards.
- Development of the independent accreditation system of the degree programs (Bologna club).
- Experts training in social and professional evaluation of the degree programs.
- Approbation of the developed evaluation system of the degree programs.
In the project’s framework, it is planned:
- to develop methodology of quality assurance of the degree programs;
- to provide basis for the quality assurance system of the degree programs;
- to train qualified experts in this field;
- to develop quality assurance system of the degree programs and to train experts on the basis of the Bologna club in Russia.
The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation since 15.10.2012 till 15.10.2015.
UNN is one of the consortium members of this Tempus Project. In the Project framework the University is supposed to provide round-table conferences, seminars and workshops organization, meetings with Russian and foreign experts, UNN professors’ participation in trainings. UNN also has its objectives in processing, publication and implementation of the Project’s outputs in the educational process and extension of the obtained experience among other Russian universities.
The Project’s coordinator is the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK), Moscow.
