- Agreement with the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications of Rennes (France) providing for study periods of Ph.D. students specializing in radiophysical methods and their applications in medicine and biology.
- Cooperation agreement between the University of Nizhni Novgorod and the University of Calabria (Italy) that also makes provision for exchanges by Ph.D. students and scholarship holders.
- Cooperation agreement between the University of Nizhni Novgorod and the University of Palermo (Italy) on the implementation of a joint program of Ph.D. studies (JPPDS).
