Graduated from historical and philological faculty of Nizhny Novgorod
University in 1986.
During his activity in the Laboratory of Sociological Research and the Applied
Sociology department he has participated in the organization and conducted 125
researches of different social problems (22 All- Russian, 3 International researches),
about 30 researches are on social and economical problems. He worked in conjunction
with researches from Nizhny Novgorod University, International University (Moscow),
program "Public Opinion" of USSR University Committee, Institute of
Social and Economical Population Problems of Russian Science Academy, executed
researches to order of IFC (International Financial Corporation), region and
city administration.
He has 20 scientific publications, including 8 monographs and brochures.
